Minerals that the body needs

All minerals are in the body has many functions and is very important. Such as calcium and phosphorus needed to build strong bones and teeth. Without this material the body can become weak. Other minerals also function like a car spark plug for important chemical reactions. Others again form a complex compound with various types of proteins, and is required for the composition of enzyme in the body.

Various types of minerals present in the body, mostly minerals in levels that very few, called trace metals. Other minerals such as cobalt, and copper is important for the body. But there are four main types of minerals, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and iodine are essential for our bodies. We need a lot of these minerals. That’s why our food should always contain these ingredients, if not our body the longer it will become weak and easily hurt.
